EXCELLENT Based on 53 reviews Posted on Andy17 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired an e-bike here last month (September 2025) and was very pleased by the quality of the bike as well as the responsiveness by email by the owner Alan. He answered all my questions quickly by email before I arrived and let me hire an extra battery (for a fee of course) because I would be cycling longer than one battery would last. I also appreciate all his good advice about the route. I hope that I can hire another bike from him again and cycle another beautiful greenway in Ireland. Ireland is beautiful and friendly!Posted on Fenice Media6 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Well done to Mullingar Bike Hire Limited, Winner in the Ireland Prestige Awards 2025. Their tours have been highlighted as exceptional and their care goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.Posted on Laura Kelly31 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came across this bike rental completely by accident or perhaps by fate! Had just completed a 71km cycle when one of our bikes completely imploded right beside this bike rental, making it unusable without the right tools. The lovely man we met there was able to remove the broken deraileur, straighten the chain and shorten it so we could make our train. He helped us completely out of the goodness of his heart with absolutely nothing to gain from it and it saved our trip! Could not recommend him more as a lovely business to interact with. It’s right by the harbour on the canal in a tranquil beautiful location, lovely place to stop for a break or lunch as we did. Thank you so much for your kind help that day!Posted on Jane Nolan22 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve always had a lovely experience every time I’ve hired bikes from here over the years. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is brilliant for access to the cycling routes. I can’t recommend it enough!Posted on Delphine Coille22 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Everything was perfect. Bob and Alan are really kind and helpful. The communication was really smooth. The bikes were in very good condition and Bob gave us a bike bag, to make sure I would not have to carry my backpack. We forgot something in the bag and they kindly ship them back. I warmly recommend Mullingar Bike hire!Posted on Ben Hackett20 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great time renting a bike for the day from mullingar bike hire, I was travelling around Ireland on my holiday and I stopped at mullingar for the day to explore the area, I came to bike hire to rent a bike and the staff were extremely helpful Alan who is the owner was very helpful, he made sure not only that he gave me a bike that was exactly what I needed and worked for me. He gave my a guide on what routes to take for the best scenery and places to explore, I wanted to see the country side so he gave me a guide on different pathways I could go and the one I went on was amazing! When I come back to mullingar I will 100% come back here, service was amazing, staff were extremely helpful and they cared, they wanted to make sure I had a great experience so they gave me the best bike that works for me and routes to take for the best sceneryPosted on G Collins16 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
